My father started the Simpson Company in 1952. Many houses were built throughout Harris County, Columbus, GA, and Phenix City AL. I was brought up working with him, and he taught me that quality is always first. He taught me that a home built with quality and customer service will always bring customers back. Today, The Simpson Company, known as Build for Less LLC™ , is run by me, Phillip Simpson, and my wife, Deborah. We feel that times have changed, and that people want to have more input into the construction of their homes. Also, with the economic situation today, everyone is looking to save .
